We offer FREE shipping for any order quantity and destination. Your package is insured and trackable at any time thanks to the tracking number we provide you with the delivery confirmation.
Your order is processed within 3 days upon payment via PayPal, and within 5 days upon wire transfer. Then, you may expect to receive the ordered item in 3-5 business days from the shipping date. Please note that in some countries you may need to allow an additional 4-5 days for your local customs.
Normally, our shipment would be sent out via FedEx, but we might change to other courier companies owing to exceptional circumstances.
Import taxes and customs
Our prices are free of taxes, VAT or other hidden charges due to import duties and customs specific for your country.
You as recipient of the order are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance to receive your package. GILT Co., Ltd. has no control over the imposition of these duties and cannot predict what (if any) duties will be applied. As custom rules are country-specific,if you have any concern about the potential and the amount of customs and import duties, we advise you to contact your local post office or shipping carrier.
Return and refund policy
In order to minimize the risk of any damages to your ordered item during the shipping, we lock the gemstone in a metal box and use thick outer packaging.
Nevertheless, we admit the possibility of any injuries to the package due to the transport. Our return and refund policy covers this occurrence. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, firstly we recommend you NOT to collect the item and send it back through the shipping courier. In this case, the costs of the return will be borne by the courier company.
Please communicate us about the happening within 24h. Upon reception of the returned item, we will refund you or send it again according to your request.
To be eligible for the return and refund, the item must be in the same conditions that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve one month to assess the conditions of the returned gemstone and verify its original attributes through laboratory analysis. To complete your return, we require copy of the receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we send you an email notifying whether it has been approved or not. If you are approved, your refund is processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.
In case of late or missing refund, please first check your bank account and contact your bank; there is often some processing time before refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For exceptional cases and circumstances not covered by our policy, we invite you to contact us at email@example.com. Please notice that in any case shipping fee for the return are non-refundable.
